Equis Enterprises is completing the renovation of a luxury, 18,600 sqf property at the Estates at Golden Creek subdivision in Conyers, GA. This house was initially built for Oprah Winfrey but the developer went bankrupt in 2010 and only completed about 30% of the construction. We have already invested over $1,400,000 to renovate this property and are looking to raise additional capital to finish the renovation.

What are the requirements to invest?
You will need to be at least 18 years of age and have a bank account.
What happens when the property sells or a project is completed?
You are able to liquidate your position or transfer your investment into another project.
Can I pull my money out whenever I need to?
You are able to liquidate your position only if you notify Equis that you want to sell your shares and if another investor wants to buy your shares. Another way to pull your money out is to sell your shares entirely or a portion to someone else on your own.
It is not guaranteed that another investor would purchase your shares nor is the time frame it may take to do so, but every effort will be made to assist you in pulling your money out.
